The Mascyf service team is periodically trained, and together with our facilities and equipment periodically supervised by external independent/qualified organizations. This policy allow us to reach the necessary quality standards to make certain our customers have the right equipment in good conditions to operate effectively in an emergency.
Our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays, so that any service, at any time, it will be managed.
